Duties

Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity
Engage with clients warmly to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or designs
Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times
Provide expert advice on nail care routines and aftercare to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery during busy weekends
Communicate clearly with clients about services offered, pricing, and any special promotions or updates
Foster a friendly atmosphere by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and positive communication

Experience

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within the beauty industry
Skilled in various nail techniques including makeup application for special occasions (nice-to-have)
Strong communication skills with fluency in English to effectively interact with diverse clients
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to listen attentively and respond professionally
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to nail care and sanitation standards
Ability to work independently while maintaining a lively, energetic attitude during busy weekend shifts
