Freelance Marketing Executive

Brooklands Service Group is a trusted industrial cleaning and protective coating specialist, delivering high-quality services across a wide range of industrial, manufacturing and commercial sectors.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and self-motivated Freelance Marketing Executive to support the continued growth of our business by increasing brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and developing new commercial opportunities.

This is a flexible freelance opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of marketing activity while using their commercial skills to convert enquiries into long-term business relationships.

Working independently, you'll help strengthen our online presence, improve website performance, create effective marketing campaigns, and generate qualified leads that contribute to business growth.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of our marketing and lead generation activities, working closely with the business to develop and implement strategies that deliver measurable results.

Marketing Responsibilities

Manage and continuously improve the company website.
Optimise website content and SEO to improve search engine visibility and generate enquiries.
Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
Plan, create and deliver digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
Produce engaging marketing content, case studies and promotional material.
Support the ongoing development of the company brand and messaging.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on activity and return on investment.
Identify new opportunities to increase website traffic, online visibility and qualified lead generation

About You

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, proactive and capable of working independently.

Ideally, you'll have:

Experience with freelance marketing, and digital marketing
Strong knowledge of SEO and website optimisation.
Experience creating successful marketing campaigns using a business brief
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence speaking with customers by phone, email and face-to-face.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to manage your own workload and priorities.
Commercial awareness with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
A full UK driving licence.
