Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation, and delivering data-driven solutions. This position offers an engaging environment where analytical expertise and technical proficiency are essential to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilise advanced tools, and contribute to organisational growth.

Responsibilities

Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations using Tableau and Power BI to support decision-making processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business needs through effective communication and analysis skills.
Manage project lifecycle activities in accordance with SDLC principles, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
Design and optimise databases, including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and utilise SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic initiatives.
Create detailed process diagrams and documentation using Visio to facilitate understanding across teams.
Develop automation scripts using VBA, Bash (Unix shell), R, or Python to streamline workflows.
Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout project phases.
Assist in database design and optimisation efforts to enhance data integrity and performance.
