Job Overview

Ignite your passion for coffee and customer service as a Barista, where you’ll craft delightful beverages, create welcoming atmospheres, and energize every guest experience. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Greet customers warmly, taking their orders efficiently while providing personalized recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including brewing stations and seating areas
Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
Restock supplies regularly to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal product availability
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
Foster positive interactions with guests to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or food/beverage industry is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment
Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures is advantageous but training will be provided
