EQUANS is looking for a Technical Administrator to join our facilities team based at our Equinox North office in Bradley Stoke, BS32 4QL. This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

Reporting to the Operations Manager
Technical Administration support to our Bristol/Oxford Local Investment Finance Trust (LIFT) contract providing key administration management for one hospital and 8 health centres
PPM reporting and collation of data stream
Raising of pay notices and invoices
Contractor and stakeholder management, document control, project reports, commercial and financial data monitoring, procurement and purchasing.
Monitoring performance of sub-contractors
Working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday

Who are we looking for?

Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills
Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
Preferably Maximo trained, however job specific training can be provided
Preferably experience of using SAP & Coupa finance and purchasing systems.
