Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a crucial role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:

Ensuring clients' information is thoroughly checked using the utmost attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Transferring this information onto Will Writing software with the same efficient accuracy and precision.
Answer telephone calls as part of the overflow system. Deal with all enquiries in a professional manner, taking messages as required.
Collation of information packs and guides when needed.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience in an administration role

2. Accuracy with good attention to detail

3. Good computer and keyboard skills

4. A good level of English spelling and grammar

5. Ability to work as part of a team

6. High level of discretion and judgement
