Salary: £14.50 per hour plus bonuses and perks

There is a brilliant buzz to working right in the heart of Manchester city centre, and at Bloom Manchester, we are looking for energetic, chatty, and approachable individuals to add to that lively atmosphere. We are currently expanding our core team and looking for a new Customer Service and Sales Assistant who genuinely thrives on human interaction and loves keeping busy. This is a role built entirely around having great conversations, delivering exceptional service, and working alongside a highly supportive group of people who want to see you succeed.

Due to a huge increase in client demand, we need fresh faces to help us represent our campaigns and keep our momentum going. Whether you have spent the last few years mastering the rush of hospitality, navigating busy retail shop floors, or you are simply a natural people person ready for a fresh challenge, this environment will feel like home. We focus completely on your personality, enthusiasm, and work ethic rather than just looking at your previous job titles. You will be stepping into a bright, fast-paced environment where no two days feel exactly the same, backed by a collaborative team that celebrates every win together.

As a Customer Service and Sales Assistant, you will be the absolute face and voice of our clients. It is a highly sociable, on-the-go position that perfectly blends genuine customer care with generating steady sales results. You will be building rapport, matching customers with the right products, and working closely with your colleagues to hit targets, all while enjoying a welcoming and incredibly positive workplace culture.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Having positive, engaging conversations with customers and representing our clients with total professionalism.
Handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and delivering an exceptional standard of service with a smile.
Guiding customers through the sales process and matching them with the right products or services.
Building genuine rapport and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty.
Working collaboratively with your colleagues to meet team targets and performance expectations.
Participating in daily morning meetings to discuss campaign updates, share successful strategies, and get energised for the day ahead.

No previous experience is required for this position, though candidates with a background in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, reception, or leisure will find that their skills transfer perfectly.

Hours and Schedule:
This is a permanent, full-time position working five days per week. The core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. You will also be required to work a Saturday shift from 11:00am to 4:00pm on a rota basis, with a day off during the week when a Saturday is worked.
