Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Production Operative to join our growing team. This is a varied role combining warehouse operations, production work, stock management, and order fulfilment. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are produced accurately, efficiently, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Operate dye sublimation printing equipment to produce high-quality products.
Carry out sewing and garment alteration work, including machine operation and finishing.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
Receive, check, and book in deliveries.
Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock control procedures.
Update production and inventory information using internal systems.
Conduct quality checks on finished products.
Keep the warehouse and production areas clean, organised, and safe.
Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required.

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

Experience with dye sublimation printing.
Sewing/tailoring experience, including use of industrial sewing machines.
Previous warehouse experience, including picking and packing.
Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
Experience with stock management and inventory control.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organisational and time management skills.

Desirable

Experience within promotional merchandise, textile, garment decoration, or print production environments.
Knowledge of courier booking systems and dispatch procedures.
Forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
