Marketing & Brand Assistant

Squerryes Estate | Westerham, Kent

Full-time | Permanent

Are you a creative marketer who enjoys bringing brands to life? Do you love creating engaging content, managing social media, writing compelling copy and seeing your campaigns make a real impact?

Squerryes is one of England's leading wine estates, home to award-winning sparkling wines, an exceptional restaurant, beautiful vineyard experiences and a thriving events programme. We're looking for a Marketing & Brand Assistant to join our growing team and help showcase everything our estate has to offer.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing, hospitality and premium brands who wants to develop their career in a varied, hands-on role.

What you'll be doing

You'll support the delivery of marketing activity across the estate, helping promote our wines, restaurant, events, tours and member experiences.

Your role will include:

Creating engaging content for our website, email campaigns and social media channels

Writing customer communications, blogs and promotional copy

Supporting digital marketing campaigns and CRM activity

Updating website content and online shop listings

Scheduling and managing social media content

Monitoring campaign performance and customer engagement

Supporting the marketing of estate events, wine launches and exclusive experiences

Producing marketing materials including menus, signage, vouchers and promotional collateral

Working with colleagues across the business to ensure consistent brand presentation

Providing day-to-day marketing administration and project support

Providing general office cover, including answering incoming telephone calls, monitoring shared email inboxes, responding to general enquiries and directing communications to the appropriate department or colleague.

No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and being involved across every aspect of marketing.

About you

We're looking for someone who is:
Organised and able to manage multiple projects
An excellent written communicator with strong attention to detail
Creative, proactive and full of ideas
Confident using social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
Comfortable using digital marketing tools, content management systems and email platforms
A team player who enjoys working with different departments
Keen to learn and develop within a premium hospitality and wine brand
We'd particularly love to hear from you if you have:
Previous marketing or communications experience
A marketing qualification (or equivalent experience)
Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of CRM or email marketing platforms
Experience within hospitality, tourism, retail or luxury brands
