Office Administrator

Location: On-site

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our professional and dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys supporting day-to-day office operations and delivering excellent service to colleagues and clients.

As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office, providing reception support, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with invoicing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Provide a front-of-house reception service and assist customers and visitors
Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Office and a CAFM system
Schedule appointments and support diary management
Type reports and general correspondence
Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required
Coordinate office equipment maintenance
Provide general administrative support to various departments

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in an office or administrative role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent typing speed and high data entry accuracy
Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential)

Previous clerical or administrative experience
Familiarity with Zero or similar accounting software
