Full job description

Location: Emerald Power Ltd
Hours: 24 hours a week
Reporting to: Commercial Manager

We're looking for a Part-Time Commercial Administrator to join our growing team. You'll be working along side the Commercial Manager, you'll provide support across a range of commercial and administrative activities, helping to keep projects and processes on track. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, varied role and wants to be part of a friendly and supportive workplace.

The successful candidate will play an important role in helping ensure the smooth running of commercial activities, maintaining records, coordinating information, and assisting with day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager.
Prepare, maintain, and update financial documentation
Assist with commercial sensitive information and contractor correspondence.
Support the preparation of reports and commercial data.
Liaise with sub-contractors, external companies, and internal departments as required.
Maintain accurate filing systems and databases to ensure costs are tracked accurately.
Monitor and track commercial activities and deadlines.
Support general office administration duties as required.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have strong organisational and administrative skills.
Be confident using Microsoft Office applications e.g Excel and Word software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude.
Previous administrative or commercial support experience is desirable but not essential.
