Full job description

BKS Accounts is expanding, and we are looking for a new member of staff to join our friendly team.

Hours:

Monday and Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Additional hours may be available for the right candidate

About the Role:
This is a varied role involving bookkeeping, administration, and client support. You will be working closely with our team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while providing excellent service to our clients.

Essential Requirements:

Previous bookkeeping and administration experience
Good customer service and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Familiarity with accountancy software
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Desirable:

Experience working within an accountancy practice
Knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software
Payroll experience
