Job Overview
Blackbear are seeking a proactive and personable Lettings Agent to join our dynamic property management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the rental process from initial enquiry to tenancy agreement, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational and communication skills to develop their career within the property sector. The position is paid and suitable for applicants eager to contribute to a professional and customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Responding promptly to rental enquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information about available properties.
Conducting property viewings and presenting features effectively to prospective tenants.
Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements and ensuring all documentation complies with legal requirements.
Liaising with landlords and tenants throughout the rental process, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Managing administrative tasks such as updating property listings, maintaining records, and processing applications.
Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring properties are presented in optimal condition.
Supporting marketing efforts to promote available properties through various channels.

Experience

Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport easily.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A professional attitude and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role. This position offers an engaging environment where your organisational talents and communication abilities will directly contribute to successful lettings operations. Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
