Full job description

Job Summary
This role is 4 days per week, 8 hours per day. We are seeking a professional and friendly Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and letters.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain an organised reception area and desk, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Administrative duties including clerical tasks and processing monthly KPI data.
Utilise Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel) as well as other IT applications for various daily administrative functions.
Collaborate with colleagues at various sites to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements

Previous office or clerical experience is essential.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Administrative experience in a medical/Podiatry setting is preferred.
Awareness of GDPR, data security, the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are crucial for effective communication with service users and colleagues alike.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
