Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastering and related construction skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role involves applying plaster to walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth finish, and contributing to various construction projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, repairing, and applying bonding agents.
Mix plaster materials according to specifications for optimal consistency and performance.
Apply plaster to walls and ceilings using hand tools and power tools, ensuring an even coat.
Finish surfaces with attention to detail, smoothing out imperfections for a professional appearance.
Collaborate with other tradespeople such as bricklayers, carpenters.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by properly storing tools and materials.
Follow health and safety regulations at all times while on-site.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plastering tasks.
Knowledge of masonry techniques is advantageous.
Familiarity with bricklaying principles can enhance your application.
Strong attention to detail with excellent finishing skills.
A valid driver's licence is REQUIRED for transportation to various job sites.
