Hours required: Either every Saturday or alternate Saturdays 9-5

Job Summary
We are seeking a Viewing Assistant to both carry out property tours and or to support our team on Saturdays who will be showing our buyers the potential property of their dreams! The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively, ensuring smooth operations at the office.

Responsibilities

Showing potential buyers around their interested property viewings.
Provide office support to our agents and potential buyers searching for their next home.
Communicate effectively with team members and buyers to facilitate information flow.
Answering calls, registering new buyers, co-ordinating appointments.
Outstanding timekeeping to ensure no buyer is left waiting.
Opening and safely locking up our offices.
Flexibility to stand in for a viewing agent out on appointments.

Requirements

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work are a must, to ensure safety of property.
Must have a driving licence and own car.
