Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Admin/Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing excellent administrative support and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in various computer applications, and demonstrate exceptional organisational abilities. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative expertise within a dynamic workplace.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage incoming calls, directing enquiries appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and financial records
Maintain organised records of appointments, correspondence, and office supplies
Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments for staff members
Support with basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing as required
Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times

Skills

Proven office experience or administrative experience demonstrating organisational proficiency
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs), and QuickBooks
Excellent typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently
Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette and understand Urdu
Attention to detail in managing records and correspondence
Ability to adapt quickly to new software or procedures as needed
Reliable team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving

This role is ideal for candidates who are organised, tech-savvy, and eager to contribute positively to our office environment.
