Full job description

Based: Winsford, Cheshire

Reports to: Fulfilment Manager

Salary: £14.08 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Packing Supervisor to oversee daily packing operations within our fast-paced e-commerce environment. Working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, you will lead a team of packers to ensure orders are accurately packed, quality standards are maintained, and dispatch deadlines are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of packing staff during assigned shifts

Ensure all orders are packed accurately, efficiently, and to company standards
Monitor productivity and workflow, making adjustments as needed
Conduct quality checks to minimize errors and returns
Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized packing area
Report on shift performance, issues, and improvements

Requirements:

Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or e-commerce setting

Good computer skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Good communication and leadership abilities
Flexibility to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
