Full job description

We’re seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Vendors! If you have a passion for great customer service and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment, this is the job for you. As an Ice Cream Vendor, you’ll be the face of our pop-up stall, serving delicious ice cream while ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for every customer. We prefer that you are local to Camden area so that it is easier for you to commute.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a warm smile and friendly attitude, creating a positive experience for all.
Set up and pack down the pop-up ice cream stall, ensuring everything is in place for smooth operations.
Handle customer orders promptly and accurately, including cash and card transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized stall throughout the day, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
Assist in replenishing ice cream, toppings, and supplies as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions regarding menu items or allergies.
Ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored properly after each shift.
Manage the social media page for the stall, such as posting updates about openings and closings

Ideal Candidate:

Enjoys interacting with customers and has a positive, can-do attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Capable of handling cash and card transactions accurately.
Comfortable working in an outdoor or mobile stall environment.
Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus, but not required.

Available Shifts:

Sundays and occasional weekdays_ The job is perfect for someone local as it starts from 1400 to 1700 (longer if business is good)

Full training provided
