Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Skilled Labourer to join our team, contributing to a variety of construction, gardening, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, practical skills in landscape maintenance and mechanical tasks, and the ability to operate a range of tools and machinery. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their expertise within the construction and horticulture sectors. Applicants should be organised, reliable, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Operating hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment including excavators and irrigation systems
Performing basic construction duties such as digging, lifting, and material handling
Conducting routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure safety and efficiency
Supporting team members with various site activities including site preparation and clean-up
Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications

Previous experience in hard/soft landscaping or construction is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Mechanical knowledge or experience with power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems is advantageous
Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively
Good organisational skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
Physical fitness to perform manual labour outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills
Willingness to learn new skills related to horticulture, construction, and machinery operation
Must have driving Licence

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
