Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated event staff to join our team for various events across Norfolk. The ideal candidates will possess a great attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. If you have a hospitality background great, if not, also great. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every event runs smoothly and that all guests have a memorable experience.

Job role

Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and organised.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
Collaborate with team members to execute event plans effectively.
Assist with food and beverage service, maintaining high standards of presentation.
Handle any logistical issues that may arise during the event promptly and efficiently.

Reliability. We set specific staffing levels for each event and rely on our team at each one.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
