Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delightful beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to create a seamless dining experience.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.

Experience

Previous bartending experience is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
Familiarity with food safety practices within a restaurant setting is advantageous.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a genuine desire to help customers.
A background in hospitality will be beneficial in understanding customer expectations.
