Full job description

Location: Jewellery Quarter

Basic Salary: £28,000

OTE: £32,000 - £34,000

Areas of Accountability:

Register applicants
Organise and attend viewings and market appraisals
Liaise and negotiate between tenants and landlords
Arrange and agree lets
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with tenants and landlords
Canvass for new business opportunities
Achieve pre-agreed targets

The Individual:

Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Self-motivation with a ‘can do’ attitude
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach

Full UK driving licence is essential
