** RECEPTIONIST/SERVICE ADVISOR **

Revs Motors is a trusted and friendly local garage offering servicing, repairs, MOTs and Bodyshop work. We're proud of our excellent customer service and our commitment to keeping vehicles safe, reliable and roadworthy. Customer care is at the heart of everything we do.

The Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist/Service Advisor to join our team. This is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organised and working in a very busy environment with the ability to multi-task. This is a permanent, full time position.

Main Duties Will Include:

* Greeting customers in person and over the phone

*Booking appointments and managing the diary

* Updating customer and vehicle records

* Processing invoices and payments

* General admin support

* Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming

What We're Looking For:

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Good communication skills (verbal and written)

* Basic IT skills (full training provided)

* Someone who can work well in a team and independently

* Punctual, reliable, and customer focussed

* Genuine interest in building a career in customer service/motor trade

* The ability to speak Welsh would be a bonus, but not essential.

* 28 days holiday (incl. Bank Holidays) increasing after 2 years

Pay - Will start at the National Minimum Wage for your age (this will be reviewed dependent on candidates experience)

Workdays - Monday to Friday 8.30 to 17.30 (42.5 hours) (Saturdays 8.30 to 12.30 on rota basis - 1 in 3 weeks)

Benefits - Company pension scheme, staff and family discount.

Holidays -28 days (including Bank Holidays) increasing after 2 years.
