Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily bar activities, build and manage a small team, ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.

Your leadership will drive the creation of a lively, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining the highest standards of service, beverage quality, and customer experience. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a passion for hospitality and team management, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

Supervise all bar operations, including, drink mixing, and serving to ensure quality and consistency.
Lead and motivate a team of bartenders and support staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the bar area.
Develop creative beverage menus that appeal to diverse customer preferences while adhering to brand standards.
Train staff on proper serving techniques, food safety protocols, and hospitality best practices.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a hospitality setting, with strong team management skills.
Prior barista experience or familiarity with beverage crafting is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of food safety standards and food production processes.
Experience in hotel or culinary environments is advantageous.
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative team culture.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members alike.
