Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience, excellent computer skills, and a professional attitude to handle various clerical tasks with accuracy and discretion. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their administrative expertise within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail
Data entry and management using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Excell, and Sage
Handling invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping accurately
Assisting with general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organising supplies
Providing exceptional phone etiquette when liaising with clients and internal teams
Ensuring the organisation’s filing systems are up-to-date and easily accessible

Experience

Proven office experience or administrative background would be preferred
Proficiency in computer skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent typing and data entry skills for accurate record keeping
Previous clerical experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific software tools if needed
