Contracts Administrator

Company Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team based in Mortimer, Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning team in a full time capacity, working Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will perform various administrative tasks to support the manager working from our Mortimer Depot. As a Contract Administrator, you will ensure efficient order processing, contract management and preparing Invoices / Applications to Clients and assisting with the depot compliance.

Responsibilities:

Daily administration of various contracts to include receipting orders via email from clients, logging onto spreadsheets and EDRS (internal system) and preparing job packs for crews, managing the admin of those contracts. Raising Purchase Orders in our bespoke system. Answering the telephone and liaising with clients for Work Orders. Preparing invoiced and applications for payments to clients. Assisting the Contracting Department for daily duties

Qualifications

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of basic office equipment and systems.
Previous experience in a similar role within the industry will be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with working to deadlines, proactive in their approach and take pride in their work bringing a strong work ethic. Some flexibility with working hours is required for peaks in our workflow.
