Property Manager – Build to Rent Market Harborough | Up to £30,000 + benefits

Nara Living is a growing residential operator with an expanding Build-to-Rent portfolio, and our new 83-apartment community in Market Harborough is where you come in. We're adding new sites, growing nationally, and building a team that will shape how we operate for years to come. The Role

You'll be the Property Manager running our Market Harborough community day to day, owning the resident experience end to end:

Market and advertise the community, and be the face of it — welcoming residents, handling queries, building relationships that make people renew
Manage lettings, viewings, move-ins and move-outs
Coordinate maintenance and contractors
Stay on top of compliance, inspections and safety checks
Hit occupancy and rent collection targets

About You

Proven experience in residential lettings, property management or BTR (ARLA/Propertymark a plus, not essential)
Organised, self-motivated and calm under pressure
A natural with people — residents, contractors and colleagues alike
Comfortable with property software, happy to help shape new systems
