Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Car Sales Executive to join our reputable automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with diverse clients and promoting our latest vehicle models. A background in Vehicle Sales and experience with CRM software are highly desirable. The successful applicant will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall growth of our dealership.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers both in person and via phone to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively, highlighting features and benefits to maximise sales opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalised communication and follow-up
Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales progress
Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, insurance, or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue
Maintain organised records of all customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities
Ensure high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication at all times
Stay informed about new vehicle models, industry trends, and competitors’ offerings to provide accurate advice to customers

Experience

Proven experience in car sales or related B2B sales roles is preferred
Demonstrable skills in upselling and closing sales effectively
Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse client base
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner
Familiarity with CRM software platforms used in automotive sales management is desirable
Bilingual candidates will be highly regarded for their ability to communicate across different language groups
