About the Role

All Things Tennis is looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Dispatch Assistant to join our growing Southam-based team at:

This is a hands-on and physically active role within a fast-paced dispatch environment, focused on facilitating the efficient dispatch of online customer orders and maintaining a highly organised warehouse operation.

Whilst we operate within a busy dispatch environment, we are not a large corporate warehouse operation such as Amazon. We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive team culture and high standards throughout the business. We are looking for someone who can fit into our existing processes, follow procedures carefully, and become an important part of the wider team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately during our busy seasonal trading periods. The right candidate will have a real eye for detail, take pride in their work, and relish the challenge of working within a fast-paced dispatch environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys being part of a positive team environment and has an interest in racket sports.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving, checking, organising, and storing incoming stock
Picking, packing, and dispatching online customer orders accurately and efficiently
Assisting with inventory management and stock control
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
Supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and general duties
Working closely with the wider team to meet dispatch deadlines during busy periods
Helping maintain high standards of order accuracy and presentation

Additional Information
