About the Role:

Alloa is a well-connected town in central Scotland, known for its practical business environment, strong local community, and easy access to nearby commercial centres. At Manjari Business Services Ltd, we bring that same sense of organisation and reliability into how we support our clients and manage our daily operations.

We are looking for an Office Manager who can take ownership of our daily office operations and help create a productive, welcoming, and well-structured working environment. You are not just handling admin tasks; you are the person who keeps the office running, supports internal teams, coordinates suppliers, and makes sure employees and visitors have a positive experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Operations: Manage the day-to-day running of the office, including supplies, facilities coordination, meeting rooms, mail handling, and general workplace organisation.

Administrative Support: Assist management and internal teams with scheduling, documentation, travel coordination, reports, and general administrative tasks.

Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Communicate with service providers, landlords, cleaners, couriers, IT support, and other vendors to ensure smooth office operations.

Employee Support: Help with onboarding preparation, workplace requests, internal announcements, and coordination of team activities or office events.

Process Improvement: Maintain office procedures, organise records, and suggest improvements to make internal operations more efficient.

Communication: Act as a professional point of contact for visitors, clients, suppliers, and employees, ensuring requests are handled clearly and promptly.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in office administration, office management, operations support, or a similar coordination role.

Organisation: You are highly structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing track of important tasks.

Communication Skills: You are confident communicating with internal teams, external partners, suppliers, and visitors in a professional manner.

Tooling: You are comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, calendars, spreadsheets, and basic office management tools.

Language Skills: English is required for daily communication, documentation, and coordination. Additional language skills are welcome but not required.

Mindset: You are proactive, reliable, and service-oriented. You notice what needs to be done before someone has to ask, and you take pride in keeping the workplace running smoothly.

Pay: £2,035.00-£3,000.00 per month
