Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will oversee daily bar operations, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness. Your passion for hospitality, combined with strong leadership skills, will help create a lively and welcoming environment where guests feel valued and satisfied. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary and team management expertise while fostering a vibrant bar atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily bar activities, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
Lead and motivate bartenders and serving staff to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs effectively
Train new team members on serving techniques, and safety procedures
Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote a positive environment

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a busy hospitality setting, preferably in bars or nightclubs
Personal licence holder
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service
Familiarity with cocktail and barista experience is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
