Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of cocktails and beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while contributing to a memorable guest experience in a lively setting.

Duties

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards.
Greet guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and serve promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Manage cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change.
Monitor stock levels of alcohol, mixers, and other supplies; assist with stock replenishment when necessary.
Engage with guests to promote a friendly atmosphere and handle any special requests or dietary requirements professionally.
Follow responsible service policies to promote safe alcohol consumption among patrons.

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality or as a bartender within a restaurant or bar environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
Excellent serving skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
Good organisational skills with effective time management to handle busy periods smoothly.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Personal qualities such as friendliness, professionalism, and adaptability are essential. This position offers an engaging work environment where your hospitality skills can shine while delivering exceptional service to our guests. Knowledge of Cocktails is essential
