About us

We are agile, innovative and our goal is to grow. We are a small company who have multiple businesses. Including 3 busy hair salons, property maintenance and plumbing company.

Our work environment includes:

Office setting within busy operations base and yard
Work-from-home days

Duties
- Provide administrative support to the business team
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

- Basic social media skills
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding or redirecting as necessary
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

Experience
- Experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
