Full job description

Role and objectives:

We has secured a major nationwide project to deliver planned preventative maintenance visits for Solar PV assets across more than 450 retail stores. We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Project Administrator to join our Operations & Maintenance team and support the successful delivery of this project.

The postholder will play a key role in coordinating administrative activities, maintaining accurate project data, supporting communication between internal and external stakeholders, and helping ensure KPI and SLA targets are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.

Main responsibilities:

· Maintain and update the project database, ensuring site records and key client information are accurate and current.

· Update the client portal with required project data in a timely and accurate manner.

· Schedule engineer visits on both the client portal and EvoEnergy’s internal CRM system.

· Review service and maintenance reports for completeness and accuracy.

· Upload completed site reports and associated documentation to the customer portal.

· Maintain and update project issue logs, ensuring actions are recorded and followed through.

· Support the preparation and administration of quotations for remedial works.

· Raise sales orders and invoices using EvoEnergy’s internal accounting software.

· Act as a first point of contact for client enquiries, responding promptly and escalating where required.

· Track KPIs and SLAs and prepare regular performance reports for the Project Manager.

· Attend client meetings and present KPI and SLA performance data where required.

· Liaise with subcontractors to support effective scheduling and project delivery.

· Maintain high-quality data within internal CRM systems to support accurate reporting and operational efficiency.

· Review the client’s monitoring portal and coordinate responses to alarms and identified issues.

· Liaise with internal teams, including procurement and technical departments, to help deliver efficient first-time fixes on site.

· Ensure project documentation, records, and correspondence are stored correctly and remain easily accessible.

· Escalate risks, delays, or client concerns to the Project Manager in a timely manner.

· Support the wider Operations & Maintenance team with general project administration as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
