About The Role

This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role at a defining moment for a large and evolving care service.

Leading a 60-bed care home supporting people with complex needs, you will take ownership of an ambitious transformation shaping the transition to a nursing-led model and driving the development of the service into a true Centre of Excellence.

This is a role for a visible, values-led leader who can build high-performing teams, set clear expectations, and create a culture of accountability, pride, and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in strengthening engagement, building trust, and embedding a positive culture as the service evolves.

With real autonomy, strong organisational backing, and the opportunity to influence both service development and wider organisational thinking, this is a chance to make a lasting impact for the people we support, your team, and your own leadership journey.

It is also a significant opportunity to lead a complex service transformation and further develop your leadership capability within a forward thinking and supportive organisation.
