About the Role

This is far more than a traditional receptionist role.

You’ll become the face of our modern dental practice — welcoming patients, managing appointments, supporting treatment journeys, handling enquiries, promoting services, and helping create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish.

You’ll also play an exciting part in our social media presence, helping create engaging Instagram and TikTok content that showcases our team and patient success stories.

What You’ll Be Doing

Patient Experience & Reception

Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
Managing appointment schedules and clinician diaries
Handling phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries
Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey
Keeping reception running smoothly and efficiently

Sales & Patient Support

Converting enquiries into booked consultations
Promoting dental products and treatments confidently
Explaining treatment options and benefits
Supporting patients with finance and payment processes

Social Media & Marketing

Assisting with Instagram and TikTok content
Creating fun team and patient journey posts
Helping promote the practice online

Administration & Team Support

Managing patient records and digital systems
Supporting the clinical team with administration
Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
Contributing ideas in team meetings and practice growth

What We’re Looking For
