Duties

Greet guests, visitors, and clients with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a warm first impression
Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries efficiently and courteously
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization to uphold a welcoming environment
Assist with scheduling appointments, reservations, or room bookings as needed
Provide information about services, amenities, or local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence to keep front desk operations running smoothly

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk roles is highly preferred
Strong communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage
Demonstrated proficiency in phone etiquette and guest services to ensure positive interactions
Familiarity with hospitality management systems or reservation software is beneficial
Experience working in fast-paced environments with excellent multitasking capabilities
Knowledge of hotel operations or customer service best practices enhances your effectiveness in this role
