Property Manager

Location: Office Based – Tettenhall
Job Type: Full Time

We are looking for an experienced, organised and proactive Property Manager to join our busy and friendly team.

This is a full-time, office-based role responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and delivering an exceptional level of service to our landlords and tenants. You will play a key role in ensuring properties are well managed, tenancies run smoothly, and all property-related matters are dealt with efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of residential properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
Coordinating property maintenance and repairs with approved contractors.
Carrying out property inspections and following up on any required actions.
Managing tenancy renewals, rent reviews and tenancy-related documentation.
Ensuring all compliance requirements are met, including gas safety, electrical safety, EPCs and other statutory obligations.
Handling maintenance enquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants via telephone and email.
Maintaining accurate property records and updating the property management system.
Assisting with deposit negotiations and tenancy end processes where required.
Providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the property portfolio.

About You

Previous experience in residential Property Management is essential.
Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Confident using Microsoft Office and property management software (experience with CRM/property management systems is advantageous).
A proactive, solutions-focused team player with excellent attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
