Our mission is to ensure safety, efficiency, and reliability in all our operations.
Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Officer to join our team in GB. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing procurement processes that support our maintenance and industrial repair services, aligning with our commitment to excellence and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, and other platforms to process purchase orders and track procurement data.
Stock Control & Materials management
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.
Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and optimize inventory levels.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Prepare reports on procurement performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in procurement within the transport or industrial sectors.
CIPS Certification.
Proficiency in ERP systems such as Statii, or similar platforms.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus.Call-To-Action
