Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fabric Layer and Cutter to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately cutting fabric pieces and layering textiles to ensure high-quality garment assembly. Your expertise will directly contribute to the efficiency and precision of our manufacturing process, helping us deliver exceptional products to our customers. This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals with a passion for sewing, fabric handling, and warehouse operations to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Operate cutting machines and hand tools to precisely cut fabric according to pattern specifications
Layer fabrics accurately, ensuring proper alignment and consistency for sewing processes
Follow detailed work instructions and technical drawings to maintain quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Inspect fabric pieces for defects or inconsistencies before cutting or layering
Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing fabric rolls and materials within the warehouse
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality

Experience

Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable, especially in textile or manufacturing environments
Proficiency in sewing or familiarity with fabric handling techniques is a strong advantage
Ability to operate cutting equipment safely and accurately
Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout shifts
