Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated DTF Print Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating direct-to-film printing equipment, ensuring high-quality production of customised textiles and garments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop specialised skills within a dynamic environment, contributing to the creation of vibrant, professional-quality printed products. The ideal applicant will possess a keen eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Operate DTF printing machinery with precision, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
Prepare substrates and films for printing, including loading and aligning materials accurately.
Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot technical issues with machinery, performing basic repairs or escalating as necessary.
Assist with fabricating printed products, including cutting, assembling, and finishing items as required.
Utilise hand tools, power tools, and sewing equipment to support various stages of production.
Manage heavy lifting tasks safely when handling large rolls of fabric or printed materials.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, complying with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirement.

Previous experience in fabric fabrication or warehouse environments is advantageous.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout shifts.
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality output.
Experience with assembly processes is beneficial but not essential.
Good understanding of safety procedures within a manufacturing or production setting.
Willingness to learn new skills related to digital printing technology and fabrication techniques.
