Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Waiting Staff member and become the heart of our dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests, making each visit enjoyable and seamless. Duties

Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems or manual methods
Serve dishes promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Ensure food safety standards are upheld during food preparation and serving processes
Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to deliver timely service
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage time efficiently to serve multiple tables, ensuring prompt attention and smooth operations
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback professionally
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is highly preferred
Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic food preparation skills
Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary environments is a plus
Strong understanding of hospitality principles with a focus on guest satisfaction
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and cash transactions confidently
Experience with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue generation
