Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Cleaner to join our team at Townfield & Coach House Care on Church Street in Great Harwood. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff, aligning with our mission to deliver personalized and high-standard care.

The Hours of work will be averaged 14 hours per week, working 4 hours per day (Week 1=16 hours, Week 2=12 hours)
Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential care home facilities to ensure a hygienic environment.
Use commercial cleaning equipment and products effectively.
Maintain cleanliness in common areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen spaces.
Follow health and safety protocols diligently.
Assist with laundry and other light housekeeping duties as needed.
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Support a respectful and caring atmosphere for residents and staff.
Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
Good communication skills.
Previous hospital or healthcare environment experience is advantageous but not essential.
Reliable, punctual, and respectful attitude.
Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely.
