Company Overview

Wellbeing Care Group is a small private care provider operating across four sites in the Lincolnshire and Manchester. We specialise in Elderly Care, both within residential settings and domiciliary care, committed to providing quality and continuous care tailored to our clients' needs and wellbeing.
Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Assistant to join our caring team in Bourne. This role is vital in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality care by ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across our facilities.
Responsibilities

Collect and sort laundry items from residents and staff.
Operate laundry equipment efficiently and safely.
Ensure all laundry is cleaned, dried, folded, and stored appropriately.
Maintain hygiene standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory of laundry supplies.
Assist with general cleaning duties as required.
Support the team in maintaining a welcoming environment for residents.
Follow all company policies regarding infection control and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel or similar settings is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills.
Understanding of hygiene standards and health & safety regulations.
Compassionate attitude towards elderly residents.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Basic knowledge of laundry equipment operation.

Rota

The role is for a two week rolling rota 15 hours Week 1 (3 days), and 20 Hours week 2 (4 days)
