Full job description

Overview

We are looking for a warm, personable, and highly organised Receptionist & Patient Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our premium wellness and aesthetics clinic.

This role is person for someone who is passionate about health, wellness and aesthetics, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with people. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors, whilst also supporting patients throughout their treatment journey and helping them find the services best suited to their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a naturally positive personality, excellent communication skills and the confidence to discuss treatments, memberships, and wellness services in a friendly, consultative manner. Previous experience within aesthetics, healthcare, beauty or wellness would be advantageous, although a genuine interest in the industry is equally important.

Reception & Patient Experience

Welcome every patient and visitor with a warm, professional, and friendly approach
Deliver an exceptional patient experience from arrival through to departure.
Answer incoming calls, emails and online enquiries promptly and professionally.
Assist patients with appointment changes, treatment information, and general enquiries.
Maintain a tidy, organised and welcoming reception.
Maintain the day to day wellness pods for daily operation.
Process payments accurately and maintain patient records.

Patient Coordination & Sales

Build genuine relationships with patients and provide a personalised experience.
Confidently discuss treatment, memberships and wellness services.
Recommend suitable treatments based on patient goals, ferring to clinicians when necessary.
Follow up with new enquiries and existing patients to nurture relationships and encourage bookings.
Keep up to date with all clinic treatments, productions, promotions and events.

Skills

Previous experience in a reception, patient coordinator, beauty, wellness, or aesthetics role.
A genuine interest in wellness, aesthetics and patient care.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A confident and approachable mannor when discussing treatments and services.
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask.
A proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for every patient.
Strong computer skills and confidence using booking systems, Microsoft Office and CRM software.
A professional appearance that reflect our premium clinic environment.

Working Hours

This is a full time role working on a rota basis across out clinic opening hours. Successful candidate will be expected to work a combination of early and late shifts, as well as weekends on a fair rotational basis. Flexibility is essential to support the needs of the clinic and deliver exceptional patient experience.
