About Us:

Lit Event Group are a fast growing production company based in North Wembley. We specialise in providing all aspects of production for weddings, private parties, Live music events, corporate events and conferences.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team and help ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Role Overview:

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all equipment is stored, maintained, and dispatched in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with the production teams teams to ensure that all jobs have the necessary resources

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations: Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including the storage, inventory, maintenance, and dispatch of equipment and materials for live events.
Inventory Management: Track and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management system (RMS). Conduct regular stock audits and ensure all equipment is properly accounted for.
Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the production teams to coordinate the movement of equipment to and from events. Ensure all items are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
Team Management: Supervising a small team providing direction and support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all equipment and ensure any necessary repairs are carried out in a timely manner.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on inventory levels, equipment status, and warehouse operations to senior management.
Problem-Solving: Handle any logistical or operational issues that may arise, working to resolve them quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse management role, preferably within the live events or production industry.
Knowledge: Good understanding of warehouse management systems (training will be provided on our software) inventory control, and logistics processes.
Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team Leadership: Experience supervising and managing a team, with the ability to motivate and guide others.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy items as required, and work in a physically demanding environment.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in managing inventory and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
Health & Safety Awareness: Familiarity with health and safety standards, particularly within a warehouse or event setting.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.

Desirable Skills:

Experience with live event production or working with technical equipment (e.g., lighting, sound, staging).
Forklift certification or experience with operating warehouse machinery.
Basic understanding of event logistics and planning.
