Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and standards
Assist with meal preparation to ensure timely service during busy hours
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
Support the team in food plating, garnishing, and presentation to enhance visual appeal
Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety and hygiene standards
Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages
Serve guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience

Experience

Prior experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or culinary setting is required
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and basic culinary techniques is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is highly desirable
Previous experience in meal preparation or serving roles demonstrates strong teamwork and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
