That means we're on the hunt for passionate, driven leaders to join our rebellion and help us take over the universe! (Okay, maybe just the London wine scene for now, but next...THE UNIVERSE!!)

We’re an award-winning, high-fiving, people-loving, training-leading, tech-embracing wine bar with a buzzing atmosphere where our teams shine brighter than a leprechauns butt cheeks.

We offer over 100 delicious wines by the glass, ready for tasting and exploring through our futuristic wine dispensers. Pair that with our seasonal sharing menu and our very own, very cool, urban winery (where we make English wines that’ll knock your nans wig off), and you've got the perfect place to work and play.

The Role: Assistant General Manager: You're not just an Assistant General Manager—you're a GM in training, a reliable source of knowledge, motivation, and leadership. You'll be the right hand to our General Manager, making sure them vibes are vibin', the team is slow motion fly kicking, and guests leave with their tiny minds BLOWN.

No Sommelier? No Stress! All levels of wine knowledge are welcome. If your expertise stops at "I know I like red," that's cool with us. We offer awesome training to turn you into a wine wizard.

Are you fizzy as a Riesling? We are looking for someone:

Loves Service Like They Love Wine: Passionate about delivering totes amaze service and genuinely enjoys chatting with guests. If you can talk about wine, life and snacks in equal measure, you’re our kind of person.
Is a People Person (and a High-Five Connoisseur): You’re all about the good vibes and human connections. Bonus points if you can high-five in a slow motion dramatic effect.
Has Style and Trustworthiness (like a peacock in a top hat): You show up sharp, reliable, and ready to rock. Guests trust you. Team members look up to you. Birds envy you.
Can Lead, Inspire, and Motivate (like a unicorn herding other unicorns): You're the leader who can take a team from ‘good’ to ‘legendary.’ You’ll motivate, guide, you're basically the pied piper minus the weird outfit (unless you want to wear it).

A little about the Role:

Be the Wine Whisperer (or at least pretend really well): Help our guests navigate the wonderful (and sometimes confusing) world of wine. If they leave knowing what a tannin is, you've done your job. If they leave knowing they love wine, you've nailed it.
Strategic Sidekick (aka the Robin to our GM's Batman): Plot and scheme with the GM to ensure operations run smoother than a buttery Chardonnay. If you've got ideas, let's hear 'em. Unless they're bad. Then; maybe keep them to yourself.
Stock Sensei (Keeper of the Bottles): Master the mystical arts of stock takes, wastage reports, and the occasional 'where-did-that-go?' investigation. Basically, if it's got a label, you're the label boss. If it's missing, you're the detective.
Policy Pro (because rules are cool, actually): Make sure everyone's playing by the rules—like washing hands, lifting with their knees, and not turning the kitchen into a slip-and-slide. Safety is sexy, people.
The Legal Eagle (wearing the cloak of compliance): Keep us on the straight and narrow. From Health & Safety to Right to Work checks, you’ll be our legal guardian (but with less paperwork and more wine).
Standards Champion (because standards are standards for a reason): Consistency is key, and you're the locksmith. Or key master. Or... you get it.
