Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Front of House to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests, serving beverages, and ensuring that all patrons have an exceptional experience.

Pay: £13 per hour + service charge (depending on experience).
Hours: 30 - 35 available

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service at all times
Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills to manage tabs and process payments
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality
Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as needed

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable
Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests
